Unfortunately the attention, on the phone they gave me an appointment for my 8-year-old son, arriving at the hospital they tell me that the children's specialists did not come .. It's that simple and then come back ... If they are informal for appointments, no I want to imagine with a treatment. I went because it was recommended to me by several adults but everything indicates that "Private assistance" defined, they support how we treat them and if they do not pay elsewhere. Pity.

My mom had eye surgery (cataracts), very good care, organization and hygiene from the doctors and nurses. It is advisable to have availability of time and schedule to attend the Hospital, since sometimes it takes a long time to attend you, and they are appointments after appointments, but in terms of price it is quite accessible.

The truth is a lousy service, the ophthalmologists are very unfriendly, they make an appointment at a certain time and they attend to you for 4 hours. after. For example, they made an appointment for my daughter at 8:00 in the morning, it was the first neuro-ophthalmology appointment and they attended her until 11:40, it is disrespectful! They don't tell you anything about the diagnosis, we've been going to the consultation for months and although you ask them they don't tell you anything in particular, they only send you to do studies, even repeat them, and they keep the results, which according to what belong to the institution... In short, we will have to continue waiting to see when it occurs to them to give us a concrete answer...

It took me two days to make an appointment by phone, but it's worth it. In the hospital they are very kind, they give you good and fast attention, the doctors make you feel comfortable and confident, at least the ones that touched my daughter. It is a bit confusing to get there but from the general anaya metro you take a taxi and they charge you between 25 and 30 pesos

It's a good place, I've been treating myself for many years, there are good and bad doctors, like everywhere, you're in luck. In general, after 20 years of going periodically, I see that they have improved, they have remodeled facilities and they have already integrated technology to control patient records. Although it is still super late for them to attend to you, you have a scheduled appointment and you spend up to 3 hours later, in that aspect they continue to fail. It is also scary to be in such a full room, one leaves there feeling that you have already caught Covid. I don't understand why they don't have better appointment control so as not to clog the hospital. There are areas where they have the fans at full blast, there are supposed to be no fans in a pandemic. I guess either you die of heat or covid, I prefer the heat. Now they have separated the payment of contact lenses from the general box to the optician, the problem is that they invoice another company called vertexlab and they always fail to send the invoices, it is a drag. What I liked the most is the check-up area that is located in the basement, it seems that one is in another hospital. All the staff in general are very friendly and patient, except for the lady who is on appointments next to the elevator. I recommend going with a lot of patience and with all the time in the world. The cost of consultations is very accessible.

Taking into account that it is an association, the service and attention are excellent, from the moment you enter until you leave. The hospital care is unbeatable, specialized nurses and excellent operating room service.
