★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicito nuevamente su apoyo para programar una reunión corporativa o respuesta a la brevedad para la destrucción de presunto documento falso que ustedes tienen en posesión (delito propinado por su empleado) y también una entrega de carta de responsabilidad con visto bueno de la dirección de registros de auditorías de liverpool donde la empresa Apex Global/ Enersave reconozca que nunca existió ninguna relación comercial y laboral conmigo y mi representada salvo la cotización enviada a su empleado y a su vez indicando que nunca usaron algún dictamen estructural a nombre mio y mi representada en auditoría operativa de liverpool y/o protección civil, asumiendo ustedes los costos legales que de este trámite se deslinden ya que su empleado fue el que realizó el daño.
El motivo de la reunión corporativa y los documentos solicitados a ustedes son para deslindar a usted y su empresa de responsabilidad jurídica al momento de hacer la denuncia y hacer valer la ley en contra de la persona, su empleado Edgar González Martínez quien perpetró el daño a ambas partes robando y falseando mi información y la de mi representada y entregándoles un dictamen estructural apócrifo haciéndoles incurrir en un delito de Código Penal Federal Libro Segundo Título Decimotercero - Falsedad Capítulo IV - Falsificación de Documentos en General artículos (243 al 246) ya que tenemos en nuestra posesión pruebas de la existencia de este dictamen y un escrito en donde él reconoce que no hicimos el estudio y que fue él quien lo elaboró y firmó, y posterior a esto emitió un aviso de asesoramiento legal puesto que está consciente de haber propinado un delito. Dicho lo anterior queremos deslindar a su empresa de ser señalada como autora intelectual de la elaboración del dictamen falso por eso se les solicita estos documentos.
