Son muy puntuales en las salidas a CDMX, al menos así me tocó ver. La venta de boletos es muy rápida, no te tardas ni 10 minutos por ahí de las 5 o 6 pm es muy rápido optener tu boleto. En cuanto a las salida del autobús todo bien, muy puntual el chófer y el abordaje también muy fluido ya que desde que llegas te empaquetan las maletas y ya solo es abordar el autobús. Durante el viaje todo normal y tranquilo. La llegada muy ordenada. En general lo recomiendo si quieres ahorrarte un poco de dinero, ya que no hay mucha diferencia entre esta línea y las convencionales de la central de autobuses de Saltillo.

During the trip all normal and calm. Very neat arrival. In general, I recommend it if you want to save a little money, since there is not much difference between this line and the conventional ones from the Saltillo bus station.
