★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron tres personas distintas pues no se ponían de acuerdo, una mujer a mayor no fue clara con las explicaciones me tardaron dos días en resolver y esa misma mujer fue grosera por teléfono. Cuando entregan el cheque tengan cuidado porque se debe ir a bancomer y dos empleadas del banco inventan pretextos para no cambiarlo y así dan tiempo que un cómplice llegué a banco para asaltar. Conmigo no pudieron pues hice una transferencia a una cuenta del mismo banco. Me odiaron.
 I was attended by three different people because they did not agree, an older woman was not clear with the explanations it took me two days to resolve and that same woman was rude over the phone. When they deliver the check, be careful because you have to go to a bancomer and two bank employees make up excuses not to change it and so they have time for an accomplice to reach the bank to assault. With me they could not because I made a transfer to an account of the same bank. They hated me.
