★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí a la sucursal, se me fue otorgado un crédito de $5000. La asesora me condicionó que el crédito iba con dos seguros y que si quería bien sino no. Cuando pase a hablar con la gerente amablemente yo le pedí que me explicara, en seguida se alteró y me levanto la voz, hablé al call center y me comunicaron con el gerente de marketing de apellido Gómez el cual tampoco me dió respuesta, sólo se limitó a decir que ya había hablado con la gerente, sin ninguna penalización.
Es triste ya que gracias a esos empleados una empresa como Apoyo económico está dejando mucho que decir y a base de engaños quieren vender seguros a los clientes OBLIGATORIAMENTE, cuando el cliente debe decidir si quiere seguros o no.
Sin mencionar que la gerente no quizo darme su nombre ni número de sucursal.

It is sad because thanks to these employees, a company like Apoyo Economico is leaving a lot to say and based on deception they want to sell insurance to clients MANDATORY, when the client must decide if they want insurance or not.
Not to mention that the manager did not want to give me her name or branch number.
