★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read the reviews and people expecting a flat screen tv and minimalist deccor are just insane the place has everything they promote and more very friendly staff and really really close to the 5th so this place is almost too good in price. Expect to have a nice place to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of mosquitos, zero safety - CCTV wasn't working. The cleaner steals last money from backpacker's bags and I haven't seen manager during 5 days of my stay. NOT recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accomodation about 300metres away from the ADO bus station. Very easy check in process, the room was clean and security for the room is super (a locked gate and a locked door from the room too). Since it's in town it does get noisy but the wifi is good, there's plenty of hot water and it had air con too! Amazing value for the price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap place to stay very close to the beach and fifth Avenue. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for a few days and were a bit disappointed when we walked in. The pictures and reviews definitely make the place sound and look a lot better. Our mean issue was that the room smelled of smoke and that the kitchen area was quite disappointing as we were planning on cooking (traveling for a year). It's also very very noisy! Mainly the aircon, but if you turn this on at least you don't hear the noise from the street.
Staff though were very attentive and waited for us on arrival, cleaned our place everyday and responded straight away when we had a question. The room was decorated quite nicely as well.
I definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget and want a great location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to cancel our booking with them because they messaged us and told us they only accept CASH in pesos or dollars. If you want to stay here, make sure you have the appropriate funds in hand as they don’t accept cards. We are so disappointed as we were looking forward to a nice stay but had to cancel because of this policy. I’m sure it’s fine if it’s just for a few nights but we were looking to stay a week and that price point just wasn’t feasible for us.
