RECENTLY, ENGINEER FRANK WAS IN CHARGE OF REPAIRING AND UPDATING MY EQUIPMENT THAT HAD BEEN DAMAGED (SOFT DROP), IT SHOULD BE SPECIFIED THAT HE HAD ALREADY TAKEN IT TO A COUPLE OF PLACES AND THE TWO TOLD ME THAT NOTHING COULD BE DONE, UNTIL BY FORTUNA I CRASHED ON FRANK ON TIKTOK AND HE WAS THE ONE WHO FINALLY GAVE ME HOPE. I SENT THE EQUIPMENT TO HIM AND AFTER 3 DAYS I ALREADY HAD IT BACK AT HOME. EXCELLENT ATTENTION AND PROFESSIONALISM, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! GO GO GO!!!

The repair took more than a month, it cost more than 10 thousand pesos; Finally, the team faulted something that wasn't even faulty when I delivered it. I took the device because water fell on it, the display (screen) was functional but did not light up. After three weeks they finally gave me the diagnosis, but they gave me three different diagnoses (and three different prices). First, my team was going to be left with an aesthetic detail on the screen, but it was functional; then, that they had made a mistake and still did not have final information about the team; and, finally, it turned out that it was necessary to buy a new display because they had already done an internal repair but it was not left. After almost two weeks the piece arrived and they told me that they could deliver it to me. I went for my equipment, settled the payment and checked the operation, everything seemed fine. When I tried to insert my usb into one of the ports, it turned out that it was not functional. They left the inputs misaligned! No input on the right side works. The person who attends to you told me that he will take it, again, to review (more time and money for me because of his mistakes) DON'T GO WITH THE TIK TOK FINTA. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR. You may even notice that many of the Google or Facebook reviews refer to a Contest, THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMERS WHO LEAVE REVIEWS, IT IS A BUSINESS THAT WANTS TO IMPROVE ITS IMAGE.
