★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un Iphone 7 plus el cual no eh podido usar al 100% no recuerdo mi contraseña con la que di de alta y ya mande nmilquinientos correos., hable con nmil quinientos ejecutivos de Apple para recuperación y solo me dan largas. tengo tickets y ninguno a sido resuelto. todos los tikets me dan fecha de solución y llamada y no sucede el primero fue del 21 de junio ahora se fue hasta el 4 de sep. ESTOY HARTAAA de que no me puedan solucionar el problema. Cabe mencionar que ahora el equipo esta fallando, se apaga la pantalla marco y suena pero no se ve, no puedo mandar audios ni fotos por whatsapp y lo peor del caso es que necesito cerrar la sesión para llevarlo a un Centro de Servicio de Apple, pero como no cuento con clave no puedo llevarlo por lo tanto estoy atada de manos por todos lados. la atención del personal es muy buena peroooo no tengo una solución concreta.

Yo hice la compra de un celular iphone 12 mini y nunca me contactaron, lo único q me mandaron fue un correo erróneo, pero q tal la compra si se hizo, sin embargo espere 15 días y nada hasta q tuve q contactar ha otra empresa para q me dieran seguimiento a mi comprá y me dijeron q no se había concretado.El banco me cobró una comisión de 3000mil pesos, por no comprar nada así q pues solo me regresaron 14, 500. PD. NO COMPREN EN LA APLICACIÓN Q BIENE EN EL PROPIO IPHONE.
