Este es mi número de orden. Les llevé un mac boock pro porque estaba lenta. Me la regresan diagnosticando un error del procesador de imagen. Costo de reparación: 6 mil pesos. Otro fallo detectado: algunas teclas no funcionan, algo que nunca había notado. Raro. Desconfianza. ¿el procesador de imagen no forma parte de la tarjeta madre?, ¿es una pieza independiente?, no saben responder. Lo llevo a Reparo tu Mac, un profesional, le cambia la batería y TODO FUNCIONA. La falla de teclado indicado es que no supieron colocar el teclado como se debe!!!!. Lo lamentable de ésto es que se quedaron con el cargador que les dejé y me dieron otro, un poco más madreado.

The unfortunate thing about this is that they kept the charger that I left them and gave me another one, a little more damned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El reparador y dueño del establecimiento me rayó la mica protectora de la pantalla de mi IPad y lo negó de manera muy, pero muy grosera cuando lo reclamé. No sólo exhibió su culpabilidad con tal actitud, sino que lo hizo con su cubrebocas abajo y me gritoneó cuando le pedí que se lo acomodara correctamente. Les recomiendo buscar otro lugar para sus productos Apple. Por lo pronto buscaré hablar con alguien de Apple para que me reponga mi mica.
The repairman and owner of the establishment scratched the protective lens of the screen of my IPad and denied it in a very, very rude way when I claimed it. Dicen que revisan los equipos, pero la envían a otro lugar completamente ajeno a este local en el cual literalmente le hacen lo que quieren, cambian piezas, le quitan o le ponen de otros equipos etc.
Sinceramente muy decepcionado del servicio de reparación y jamás regresaré.
