Se pagó $2,500 por el cambio del teclado. A los 11 meses nuevamente se daña el botón de encendido y llevamos la computadora a la franquicia y nos confirman que hay daño en el botón de encendido. Buscamos otra opinión técnica en CDMX y nos confirman que el teclado mantenía los sellos originales de apple por lo que nunca fue cambiado el teclado a pesar de que nos cobraron por este concepto. a	angelica escobar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tuvieron una equivocación al cotizar mi equipo y me quisieron a mi hacer responsable de eso, me cotizaron un HUAWEI MATE 20 y después ellos aseguran que mi modelo es MATE 20 LEICA y que soy yo quien dio mal la información y por eso debían subir el precio de mi arreglo... ese modelo no existe, LEICA ES LA CÁMARA QUE USA EL CELULAR, no el modelo del equipo. No quisieron hacerse responsables de su equivocación. Además un joven que trabaja ahí me confesó que son expertos en apple pero no en android pero aún así ofrecen el servicio. Levante denuncia ante profeco. NO LLEVEN SUS EQUIPOS AHÍ.
