You can pay in cash or by card. The only thing is that they do not have a very large parking lot, however you can park in its surroundings without any problem.

I’ve had good shopping experiences on both occasions I’ve visited this establishment. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a good variety of Apple product accessories.

Excellent solution to replace my MacBook Pro battery. They ordered the battery for my model and it arrived in a few days. I dropped off the computer and the battery was replaced in less than 2 hours...AND on Christmas Eve. Thank you Apple City Merida!!

Open and check the product before leaving the store! I just needed the iPhone connector for wired headphones, and the worker said the product he gave me was Apple certified. It wasn’t. When I connected my headphones to the dongle and my phone, it came up with a Bluetooth pairing screen for “Baets”. Wired headphones coming up as Bluetooth? I had my doubts but then I opened Spotify and the audio was horrible. This clearly wasn’t Apple certified. They have the official Apple certified products (that I chose to pay the difference for after confronting them) but they prefer to sell the knock offs and say that they’re official. Caution when you buy!

Bought a faulty product. It looks like an apple product but it clearly isn't. Just took me a while to realize. I bought normal headphones and I couldn't understand why they would start a bluetooth connection that calls itself baets. I could listen to music - mostly but the microphone was unusable. After annoying the Apple customer service for some time I finally realized that the store had ripped me off by providing a fake product. About 350 pesos for nothing. Since I can't answer to the answer of the store: The store didn't sell me a generic headphone. They sold me something with an apple logo on it, that to me looked like an apple product - it looked very similar, had a little different feeling. But I thought maybe apple had changed something in the last two years since I bought the last headphones. Additionally, they didn't tell me that they have real apple products and fake ones. I realized a week later and threw your product away. You are not a certified apple store and you pretend to sell products that aren't apple by misusing logos and lookalike packeging.
