★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue una reparación de lavadora, porque tiraba agua y esto descompuso algunas partes del motor. Tuve que solicitar la garantía, y pasaron semanas para que se presentaran a cambiar otra pieza y al final el problema original se mantiene, ya que la persona que quedaron pasaría a reparar esa fuga no se volvió a presentar.
No dudo en su conocimiento para su labor, pero no hay compromiso en el servicio.
It was a washing machine repair, because it leaked water and this broke some parts of the engine. I had to request the guarantee, and it took weeks for them to show up to change another part and in the end the original problem remains, since the person who stayed would come to repair that leak and it did not show up again.
I do not doubt his knowledge for his work, but there is no commitment in the service.
