Una como clienta no sabe de computadoras y llevas la tuya con supuestos expertos que 1) no saben explicar nada; 2) te recomiendan cosas no ideales; 3) no te preguntan todas las especificaciones de tu equipo y aunque se las proporciones voluntariamente porque crees que es necesario, lo omiten y luego te echan la culpa de que su sugerencia de reparación no fue la ideal. Son groseros y además no abren a la hora que dicen que abren. Ojalá quiebren.
They are jerks and unprofessional. As a client, you don't know about computers and you take yours with so-called experts who 1) don't know how to explain anything; 2) they recommend non-ideal things to you; 3) They don't ask you for all the specs of your equipment and even if you volunteer them because you think it's necessary, they ignore it and then blame you that their repair suggestion wasn't ideal. They are rude and also do not open at the time they say they open. I hope they go bankrupt.
