What a terrible service they never answer the phone it rings and rings or is busy so they will never sell

Me comunique por teléfono y esos números ya no estaban disponibles, la señorita de mostrador me dio un numero de whats para seguimiento pero también pésimo servicio prometieron llevarlo a domicilio x los inconvenientes q había pasado en dos ocasiones me aseguraron lo entregarían y nunca llego y ni siquiera tuvieron la amabilidad de avisar q no llegarían y tampoco de informarme nueva fecha de entrega, nulo interés
Yo tenia q estar marcando por teléfono para pedir información de mi pedido y ver q estaba pasando x q tanta demora. NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR AHÍ
y menos dejar pagado y q te prometan q lo tendrán
Y mucho menos la entrega a domicilio
Nada recomendable ??
Terrible service, on 3 occasions I went to pick up a material that I paid for and I am left pending and I never found it (2 months late to receive it)
I contacted by phone and those numbers were no longer available, the lady at the counter gave me a whats number for follow-up but also terrible service, they promised to take it home because of the inconveniences that had happened on two occasions, they assured me they would deliver it and I never arrived and neither They were even kind enough to advise that they would not arrive and neither to inform me of a new delivery date, no interest
I had to be dialing by phone to request information about my order and see what was happening because of such a delay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THERE
and less leave paid and that they promise you that they will have it
And much less home delivery
