★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo contestan por Whatsapp y con mensajes predeterminados, la única vez que me contestó una asesora no me dió seguimiento y me canceló la cita 2 veces, las demás las agende por su página e igual me las cancelaron. Hace falta compromiso en su atención

No tienen oficina física, sienten que eres de su propiedad y te hacen caer asegurando que eres libre de rentar por tu cuenta lo cual es falso. Mejor tratemos con asesores inmobiliarios del país y no con extranjeros
Not recommended at all, as the owner they leave you planted, they do not give good follow-up to interested customers. They do not have a physical office, they feel that you are their property and they make you fall by assuring that you are free to rent on your own, which is false. We better deal with real estate advisors from the country and not with foreigners

Gracias a todos por su servicio.

Aunque tengas un muy buen historial crediticio si la propiedad es de una “inmobiliaria aliada” como quiera te piden el aval/deudor solidario/propiedad en garantía.
Es una agencia normal, con pésimo servicio al cliente, disfrazada de algo vanguardista.
They do not answer emails/WhatsApp/messages/calls.
Even if you have a very good credit history, if the property belongs to an “allied real estate company”, they ask for the guarantee/solidarity debtor/guaranteed property.
It is a normal agency, with lousy customer service, disguised as something avant-garde.
