(a pesar de haber agendado cita) Ahí se ve el profesionalismo que tienen. "Dando seguimiento a su respuesta" No hice el depósito que solicitan porque precisamente me quedé esperando el número de cuenta. Les dije que no había problema con pagarlo por transferencia, ya que la otra opción era ir directo al consultorio y pagarlo ahí. Esperé 3 días y no obtuve respuesta suya. Uno paga por su servicio y lo mínimo que espera esque dicho servicio sea de cálida, o que al menos tengan la delicadeza de decir que no están disponibles. I didn't even get a chance to go to therapy. I contacted them and they do not answer. You send them messages and they take days to answer you, or they just leave you on seen. (despite having scheduled an appointment) There you can see the professionalism they have. "Tracking your response" I did not make the deposit requested because I was precisely waiting for the account number. I told them that there was no problem with paying it by transfer, since the other option was to go directly to the office and pay it there. I waited 3 days and got no reply from you. You pay for their service and the least you expect is that the service be warm, or at least have the courtesy to say that they are not available.
