No se para que cierran a las 9 si ya no van a permitir lavar desde las 8 pm? Deberían de poner un letrero que diga solo cargas hasta las 8 pm y así evitarnos la pena de tratar con su pésimo y malhumorado personal, ya van 2 veces que me tratan de la misma manera diferentes empleadas de ese establecimiento. Pésimo servicio del personas! Por otro lado las lavadoras y los previos están muy bien! Hace 2 semanas fui y la secadora hiso todo su tiempo y no secó nada mi ropa. Y aveces las chicas que atienden no te ayudan, una ocasión se hiso mucha espuma y la lavadora no se paraba, tuve que volver a pagar una más, y si la secadora no seca bien tengo que volver a pagar otra secadora aunque yo no tuve la culpa. La vdd es muy distan a la atención de la sucursal de Santa Mónica, y es de las mismas.
