 The best shop for aquatic activities such as snorkeling and diving e. Cozumel, Jorge with his team always have a very good disposition to help and offer the best service to people! Personally, I buy all my items in that store and I recommend them to others who have the best prices and the best after-sales service in Cozumel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe I’m spoiled since I’m from the U.S. but I am accustomed to much better customer service than what was found at this store. Beware there are no signs saying there is a zero refund policy nor do they warn you of that fact when you buy anything—the manager was inflexible and rude. I would recommend going to Pro Dive shop right across the street instead.

Something to the owner to pay attention, because the location are nice, the brands for sale are good too, so got a lot of potential, but the attention to the customer needs to be much much better than what it is in the present.
