Se equivocaron dos veces en mi pedido y lo malo fue que la segunda vez ya había dado un anticipo porque ya se había aclarado lo que necesitana. Cuando voy a recoger mi pedido me dicen : "es que ese no lo tenemos", eso es completa falta de profesionalismo, yo pagué por algo y me terminan dando otro producto (aunque similar, no es lo que NECESITO). Además se excusa diciendo que "es lo mismo". Obviamente pedí mi dinero de regreso, lo cual no pasó. Muy mala experiencia, nadie me devolvera el dinero ni el tiempo perdido. Desde un inicio me hubieran dicho que no tenian ese producto, pero prefieren vender lo que sea.
Conozco a más personas que han tenido alguna mala experiencia en este establecimiento. Ahorrate tu dinero y mejor ve a otro lugar no tan caroncomo este.

They made a mistake twice in my order and the bad thing was that the second time I had already given an advance because what I needed had already been clarified. When I go to pick up my order they tell me: "we don't have that one", that's a complete lack of professionalism, I paid for something and they end up giving me another product (although similar, it is not what I NEED). In addition, he excuses himself by saying that "it is the same". Obviously I asked for my money back, which did not happen. Very bad experience, no one will return my money or lost time. From the beginning they would have told me that they did not have that product, but they prefer to sell whatever it is.
I know more people who have had a bad experience at this establishment. Save your money and better go somewhere not as expensive as this one.
