★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te dan garrafones rotos o en mal estado y no me la hicieron una sino dos veces y cuando regresas para el llenado te dicen que no te pueden aceptar los garrafones porque están rotos, aun cuando les compruebas que ahí mismo se llenaron ya que traían las etiquetas de su negocio, se quedaron con dos garrafones buenos y me tuve que quedar con dos malos, si van por su servicio les recomiendo revisar sus garrafones o que les llenen siempre los suyos, en lo personal no los recomiendo!!
Terrible service, they give you broken jugs or in bad condition and they did not make me once but twice and when you return for the filling they tell you that they cannot accept the jugs because they are broken, even when you check that they were filled right there since they brought the labels of their business, they kept two good jugs and I had to keep two bad ones, if they go for their service I recommend checking their jugs or always filling theirs, personally I do not recommend them !!

Respuesta: Ya he emitido mi opinión puntualmente en persona y en ningún momento me resolvieron, al contrario se molestaron y burlaron de mi inconformidad, la opinión del cliente es irrelevante en su negocio y no sólo hablo por mí sino también por varias personas que han acudido a sus instalaciones.

Me gustaba comprar agua en esta purificadora por que al menos conmigo las personas eran muy amables y aunque a veces tardaban en entregar el agua no me molestaba, comprendia que no soy la unica a la que le llevan agua, sin embargo ahora estoy muy molesta pues el agua me salio contaminada, un garrafon me dura 1 semana a lo mucho, cuando me lo termine y estaba por pedir mas se me ocurrio vacear lo que quedaba en una taza y el resultado fue asqueroso, aparte de que el garrafon tenia moho, no se supone que primero los lavan??, creo que el agua de grifo esta mas limpia.
Y mi familia se enfermo y si fue a causa de beber agua contaminada y si tendre que hacerme estudios clinicos, por los daños causados, cada cuando cambian sus filtros?? Por que no puede ser posible que el agua la vendan asi?, yo confiaba en su buen servicio, se supone que por eso uno paga agua purificada, ESTOY MUY MOLESTA?? y no demando solo por que espero que tomen cartas en el asunto y por que en verdad me caia bien la gente de hay. PERO HAGAN ALGO NO SE VALE QUE ANDEN REPARTIENDO AGUA HACI.
Ademas de que mis garrafones estaban mas nuevos, por que no entregan los mismos y a veces vienen rotos, eso es muy molesto. Aguante muchas por la comodidad de tenerlos cerca, pero NO SON LOS UNICOS y espero que escuchen y que cuiden a sus clientes.

I liked to buy water in this purifier because at least with me the people were very kind and although sometimes they took time to deliver the water it did not bother me, I understood that I am not the only one to whom they bring water, however now I am very upset because the water came out contaminated, a jug lasts me 1 week at most, when I finished it and was about to ask for more, it occurred to me to empty what was left in a cup and the result was disgusting, apart from the fact that the jug had mold, no They are supposed to wash them first? I think tap water is cleaner.
And my family got sick and if it was because of drinking contaminated water and if I will have to undergo clinical studies, due to the damage caused, how often do they change their filters? Why can't it be possible for water to be sold like this?, I trusted their good service, that's why one is supposed to pay for purified water, I'M VERY ANNOYED?? and I'm not suing just because I hope they take action on the matter and because I really liked the people there. BUT DO SOMETHING IT IS NOT WORTH THAT YOU ARE DISTRIBUTING WATER TOWARDS.
In addition to the fact that my jugs were newer, because they don't deliver them and sometimes they come broken, that's very annoying. Put up with many for the comfort of having them around, but THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY one and I hope they listen and take care of their customers.
