Los maestros son muy agradables y saben enseñar. A eso le doy un 10/10. El personal administrativo no resulta muy útil para resolver ningún problema. He tenido dos problemas y en ninguno han sabido darme solución alguna. Tienen una comunicación y organización deplorable. Las carísimas gorras de mala calidad que venden se rompen de la nada y no hay reemplazos. Tienes que comprar otra por $250. Tampoco confíen en lo que les digan por teléfono, porque al momento de tratar las cosas en persona se hacen los desentendidos y te cambian las cosas. A mi me confirmaron por teléfono (dos veces) que el pago de la reinscripción me incluía una gorra, pero resulta que al llegar a querer hacer todos los pagos correspondientes para comenzar mis clases, me dicen que siempre no y que tengo que pagar por ella, cuando no está especificado en ningún lado el que a los de reinscripción NO se les dará gorra y que tendrán que pagar por ella. No cumplen con su palabra ni se ponen de acuerdo en qué decirle a los clientes que llaman. The facilities are barely sufficient for swimming. They do not have benches at the ends of the pool. The water is not cleaned frequently. The teachers are very nice and know how to teach. I give that a 10/10. The administrative staff is not very helpful in solving any problems. I have had two problems and they have not been able to give me any solution. They have a deplorable communication and organization. The overpriced poor quality caps they sell break out of nowhere and there are no replacements. You have to buy another one for $250. Also, do not trust what they are told on the phone, because when dealing with things in person they act ignorant and change things for you. They confirmed to me by phone (twice) that the re-registration payment included a cap, but it turns out that when I want to make all the corresponding payments to start my classes, they tell me that it always doesn't and that I have to pay for it. , when it is not specified anywhere that those who re-register will NOT be given a cap and that they will have to pay for it. They don't keep their word or agree on what to say to customers who call.
