★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recién abrieron su atención era rápida, pero actualmente su atención es muy mala.
Para pedir un garrafón se tardan entre una hora hasta CUATRO HORAS en llevártelo. En el número de contacto se tardan horas en responder o de plano no te contestan.
Los garrafones los marcan con el nombre y/o dirección del dueño, pero aún así no lo respetan o no se fijan a la hora de entregar y te los cambian
El horario de atención no es desde las 9:30, ya que abren después de las 10 y cierran a las 7 o poco después.
No lo recomiendo para pedir agua, es mejor ir a otra purificadora.

To order a jug it takes between one hour to FOUR HOURS to take it to you. In the contact number it takes hours to answer or they do not answer you at all.
The jugs are marked with the name and/or address of the owner, but even so they do not respect it or they do not pay attention when it comes to delivering and they change them for you.
The hours of operation are not from 9:30, as they open after 10 and close at 7 or shortly after.
I do not recommend it to ask for water, it is better to go to another purifier.
