Cuando tienes un negocio como estos no tan solo es cortesía pero es servicio al cliente ayudar a las personas que lo piden con subir el garrafón a un auto etc. Este lugar me toco ir (yo con condición de hernia) les pedí que me ayudaran por mi condición y me comento que no podía. En otras ocasiones claro que hasta sin preguntar me ayudaron muy amablemente. Aquí existe un problema de comunicación y entrenamiento. Todo parejos deben hacer su función de acuerdo al la mission y visión de la empresa. Si no van a poder ayudar a la gente favor de indicarlo al frente de su negocio para que la gente vaya preparada y no asumir que sus empleados ayudarán. Amablemente les doy esta sugerencia de corregir lo que tengan que corregir para que sean un negocio completo sin carencias de comunicación y servicio al cliente. Edite estas recomendación de una estrella a 5 estrellas ya que es la primera vez que veo un negocio modificar de manera rápida su negocio para servir al cliente.
