★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venden a base de mentiras difamando a la matriz de Politécnico para quedarse con la venta, pero los tiempos de entrega generan perdidas a los emprendedores.
Pesimo servicio y personal sumamente grosero como Liliana Cruces según ella de logística pero no pertenece a esa área, solo es para engañar más en el tiempo de entregas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mejor busquen otro sitio, traigo un litigio con ellos en PROFECO por que nunca me quisieron entregar lo que había comprado, establecieron ellos que la entrega se haría en una semana y no la hicieron, no sólo eso. No tuvieron la decencia de avisar y mucho menos en ponerse en contacto, cuando yo marqué se pusieron formales nuevamente en hacer la entrega al otro fin de semana, nuevamente no se preocuparon por avisarme hasta que los cuestioné, y nuevamente me dijeron que al otro fin de semana, otra vez hasta que les llamé y reclamé me dijeron que no podían entregar ya cuando mencioné que iba a levantar queja me llamaron diciendo que podían entregarme sólo un tinaco y ya, más no todo lo que habia comprado y que si gustaba que podía cancelar. PERO OJO! su política de cancelación es que no te devuelven el dinero que pagaste y ellos se lavan las manos.
Entonces les dije que nos veíamos en conciliación y nuevamente me llamaron pero para decirme que les diera tiempo y que ya me llevarían todo, la semana que comprometieron la convirtieron en un mes, los tuve que perseguir y pues ya esta el caso en PROFECO.
De verdad no se arriesguen, ni se estresen, mejor busquen otro lugar más serio.

They did not have the decency to notify and much less to contact, when I dialed they got formal again in making the delivery the other weekend, again they did not bother to notify me until I questioned them, and again they told me that the other end During the week, again until I called and claimed they told me that they could not deliver anymore when I mentioned that I was going to file a complaint they called me saying that they could deliver only one tank and now, but not everything I had bought and that if I liked that I could cancel. BUT BEWARE! Their cancellation policy is that they do not return the money you paid and they wash their hands.
So I told them that we were meeting in conciliation and they called me again but to tell me to give them time and that they would take me everything, the week they committed they turned into a month, I had to pursue them and then this is the case in PROFECO.
Do not really risk, or stress, better look for another more serious place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el se comprometen en hacer entrega de la planta de 3 a 5 días ya que “es el beneficio de comprar en el centro”. Pero realmente es una mentira para poder vender, llevan desde hace más de una semana cargando una camioneta con mi equipo y es fecha que siguen cargando.
Así que si pueden eviten comprar ahí por que solo dicen mentiras y juegan con el dinero y tiempo de la gente.
Terrible service, they promise to deliver the plant in 3 to 5 days since "it is the benefit of buying in the center." But it really is a lie to be able to sell, they have been loading a truck with my equipment for more than a week and it is the date that they continue to load.
So if you can, avoid buying there because they just tell lies and play with people's money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! la vendedora programo la visita dentro de un horario y el técnico no llego dentro del mismo, sin embargo NO ME QUIEREN REGRESAR MI DINERO (de la visita no realizada) y obviamente ahora no hay quien te resuelva NADA.
Terrible service! The salesperson scheduled the visit within a schedule and the technician did not arrive within it, however, THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY (from the visit not made) and obviously now there is no one to solve ANYTHING for you.
