Dino offers an amazing free dive experience! Patient, thoughtful, focused, and perceptive…my training with him was challenging yet rewarding while always staying fun and enjoyable. As a newcomer, I felt very safe and was never worried which let me focus better on learning the technique of various diving disciplines that he shared during the course. My time was both rewarding and exhilarating. I’m looking forward to going back!

I recently had my first freediving training with Aquaerius Freediving and it’s owner and operator Dino. He has two burning passions, freediving and exploring the cenotes of the Yucatán Peninsula. During our time together he generously shared those passions with me. Cenotes are one of the most otherworldly aquatic environments on the planet and freediving is one of the most intense forms of self-explorations. The two ingredients combined to make for an awesome life changing experience that I will never forget. As a dive business owner Dino is in a class by himself. He communicated promptly and thoroughly so there was no confusion about any aspect of the course beforehand. I felt like I new Dino before I even arrived in Puerto Morelos. No detail was too small, even though I had my own gear he provided freediving specific mask, snorkel and fins. He was a very efficient and effective teacher. He paid due attention to the theoretical material and he really excelled at teaching in the water. He was a very patient instructor and created a safe and fun learning environment. I was so sorry when the course was over. I can’t wait to return to explore more cenotes of the Yucatán Peninsula and more advanced instruction from Dino!

I took snorkeling to Cenotes tour with Dino and it was amazing! Such a great and different experience. Dino provides all the equipment and snacks and he is really good instructor who knows all the hidden spots of Cenotes. I felt very safe and entertained! My experience is really great! I will visit again! In March I went to Cancun to make an appointment with Dino for a freediving shoot. I am satisfied and pleasantly surprised with all the services, I did not rent a car in Cancun because I am not familiar with the road conditions, Dino was very kind to pick me up from the hotel to take me to the shooting location. I had a photographer and a safety officer during the shoot, and they would take me away from the diving tourists to avoid injury, which made me feel very safe. The shoot went well and everything was great! If I go to Cancun again, I will definitely continue to choose Aquaerius, because there are rigorous diving teaching and experienced instructors, the most important thing is that they are very kind and sufficient for every student who comes here to enjoy free diving of patience.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience with Dino! We booked the 3 day beginner Freediving course where we went to different Cenotes each time. Even though I had problems with my ears we found solutions and he was very patient as well. We learned a lot and had so much fun exploring the Cenotes with him. We can really recommend doing this experience with Dino! We would definitely do it again!

I highly recommend the freediving beginners course with Dino! He's a great teacher giving really good feedback so I could learn super quick, even without any previous diving experience. The equipment is top notch, and Dino always made me feel safe. The organisation and communication with Dino is super easy and reliable, so I didn't have to worry about anything. I loved that during the course we were exploring several of the beautiful Cenotes near Puerto Morelos.

My husband and me did a freediving course with Dino. It was an amazing journey! He is a great and patience teacher, full of empathy but also pretty strict about the safety, which we really appreciated. We did not have any experience with diving and in 3 days he showed us the beauty of diving and convinced, that everyone can try and succeed in that sport. The training happend in beautiful cenotes, which is great addition to the course. We really enjoyed swimming there. Time spent on delicious, vegan lunches talking not only about diving was also fun. I am very happy I decided to do my training in that school and I can fully recommend it!

Had a fantastic day out freediving at the cenotes with Dino. He is an excellent communicator and was quick to respond to my messages. Fluent in English, German & Spanish (maybe more!) He is very attentive & thoughtful. Not only did he offer us a lift to Tulum (our destination after Cancun) but most importantly He made us feel very safe in the water. Even though my wife and I are different level divers, he was able to adapt to suit the needs of both of us. He has brilliant knowledge of the cenotes and took me through amazing swim-throughs that he has discovered exploring the water system. I was extremely impressed with the gear that he supplied, as it was all good equipment in excellent condition that he takes time to clean & disinfect between customers. If you are thinking of visiting the cenotes & want to snorkel or freedive, Aqaerius is a must.
