★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gracias , quede totalmente satisfecho con la respuesta de AQUALIM , Toluca , tardamos mucho , pero a final de cuentas el equipo estaba bien y funciona ahora perfectamente . El problema se dio en una válvula reguladora de gas ( mi alance , no de Aqualim ) que se tapo por suciedad en la linea de gas y no suministraba correctamente el gas , le pido una disculpa al Sr. Rene Guillermo Martinez y a la empresa , los técnicos no se dieron cuenta de esta falla , falta de comunicación mía con el Sr. Rene Guillermo Martinez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio muy amables y cuando vimos que no era el producto que esperábamos y preguntamos, Guillermo fue muy grosero haciéndonos sentir que nosotros tenemos la culpa. No recomiendo.
No llego ningún cepillo de regalo, eso es falso.. tampoco se me ofreció apoyo para el cambio, sus respuestas eran solo negativas y diciendo que no era su culpa.
Sigo firme con mi comentario, no recomiendo.
