★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a la tienda a buscar una mascota, cuando estaba viendo las jaulas note que los animales no tenían agua ni comida llegando al punto en el que los hámsters se empezaron a comer entre ellos. En las peceras había peces muertos flotando. Los animales se veían muy mal, con ambre y unos enfermos.
 I went to the store to look for a pet, when I was looking at the cages I noticed that the animals had no food or water reaching the point where the hamsters began to eat each other. Dead fish were floating in the tanks. The animals looked very bad, hungry and sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca calificó mal a los negocios, pero en esta ocasión, me vendieron malita una chinchilla, tenía neumonía ?? se me murió a las dos semanas, aún con todos los cuidados que le di.
He never rated businesses badly, but this time, they sold me a sick chinchilla, it had pneumonia ?? it died after two weeks, even with all the care I gave it.

The truth is their service is terrible I have been buying bunnies twice and the bunnies sell them badly and they die the next day this is animal abuse it is not fair that they sell the animals like that .HORRIBLE THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH THEY HAVE THEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se como este establecimiento sigue en pie, lleva años teniendo animales en pésimas condiciones (desde animalitos muertos, animales comiéndose entre sí y cachorros con desnutrición porque prefieren no alimentarles para que no ensucien las jaulas) opinó que es mejor comprar en cualquier otra tienda/ veterinaria de animales para no apoyar a que sigan maltratando animales.
I do not know how this establishment is still standing, it has been having animals in terrible conditions for years (from dead animals, animals eating each other and malnourished puppies because they prefer not to feed them so that they do not dirty the cages) he thought that it is better to buy in any other store / veterinary of animals not to support that they continue mistreating animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un "schnauzer hembra", me dieron a escoger entre 2 cachorros y cuando fui a recogerla, no era la que habia escogido, les comente y dijeron que no habian tenido otra, total me lleve esa y resulta que no era schnauzer, es cruza, pero bueno no es recomendable ese lugar porque aparte las personas que ahi atienden no tienen conocimientos de las mascotas, de la salud de los animalitos, son chavos que agarran solo para que les cubran un turno, mal servicio la vdd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen espacio, el joven que el atendió muy atento y servicial. Los peces son en variedad de especies así como las aves. Están bien cuidadas y suficiente espacio.
