★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la encargada, siempre está de mal humor y trata mal a unos, a los que les caen bien no les dice las reglas y menos de mala gana. De ahí al otro personal todo está bien y el servicio que brindan como empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre mucha gente, el agua que usan huele mal, además de que los equipos de lavado y secado estan muy descuidados asi como la sucursal en general se ve descuidada y sucia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son bastante las veces que he ido a ese lugar pero la última vez que fui, la gente fue un poco grosera y me hicieron esperar casi una hora para que me pudieron atender en caja porque según estaban haciendo un corte de caja, tenía rato esperando yo solamente volteaba a ver y veía que estaban tres personas en la computadora riéndose jugando y no veía que hacía nada habíamos más de 5 personas en fila, obviamente yo en primer lugar y cuando me acerqué a mencionarles la señora me contestó de una forma muy grosera y movió la computadora lo cual se le apagó entonces fue volver a esperar después de eso ya me atendieron, por fin hice yo mi trabajo de lavado a lo que iba normalmente.
Anteriormente no había tenido malas experiencias pero esta vez sí fueron muy groseros ya que no sé si tenía nuevo personal pero fue muy desagradable.
There are quite a few times that I have been to that place but the last time I went, the people were a bit rude and made me wait almost an hour so that they could serve me at the checkout because as they were doing a checkout, I had been waiting for a long time. I just turned around and saw that there were three people at the computer laughing while playing and I didn't see that he was doing anything, there were more than 5 people in a row, obviously me first and when I approached to mention them the lady answered me in a very rude way and he moved the computer which turned off so he had to wait again after that they attended to me, finally I did my washing job as I normally did.
Previously I had not had bad experiences but this time they were very rude since I don't know if they had new staff but it was very unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are well located in front Home Depot Huimilpan. There is a parking and there are three sizes of washer machines depend of the volume of cloths to wash. They sale the supplies used as detergent, softener, etc. (of course is cheaper if you bring your supplies), If you do the washing it is cheaper than a hotel. However, if you require a complete services, as a hotel, they offer this service too. I am happy to have found this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its cheaper than what I thought. They have specials on Wendnesdayz and Thursdays, but that's only if you buy their card. Otherwise, you pay a set price for the week and another one for the weekends. They are very friendly and willing to help in case you don't have a card. I just believe it takes too much to dry even thin clothing. Its clean, not that big of a place, they sell some chips, drinks, bags, soaps, bags and also offer to do your laundry if you're busy or in a hurry.
