★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy cómodo lavar aquí, pedí instrucciones y me ayudaron en todo. Tienen carritos para trasladar la ropa dentro del establecimiento. Es muy sencillo usar las máquinas. Ahí venden jabón, toallitas para eliminar la estática de la ropa cuando se pone en la secadora, suavizantes, etc. Tienen área para niños, con sillas y televisión. Hay sillas para las demás personas. Venden agua, refrescos y frituras.Lo único es que hace calor. Super recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my clothes to be cleaned (about 4 kilos) and paid approximately $150 pesos. When you drop your clothes to be cleaned you expect the business to perform the service. When I picked my clothes up I noticed there were stains on some of my items that were not there before. I immediately returned to show them and told them the stains were not there before. The attendant told me 'it's not our responsibility and you can pay to have them cleaned again'. After explaining to her that I would not pay again because I already paid for a service I expected to be performed, she called her manager and he echoed the same response.
the slogan of the business says 'excellent service and we can help you' but I received the worst possible treatment. This business has no accountability and will be the reason that it won't survive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full service laundry (wash and dry) establishment, complete with laundry products (detergent, fabric softeners, etc.) available at reasonable price. Place also offers coffee for free. Great for locals and backpackers alike. Hours are great, too! We were visiting the city with limited Spanish language skills, but the staff was very accommodating in helping us to make sure our clothes are cleaned and dried properly. Highly recommend!
