★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hay 2 empleados una señorita chaparrita, de cabello corto que se maquilla mucho y un joven delgado que le faltan dientes, te cobran lo que quieren y se roban tus cargas, yo nunca e pasado esto con la señorita de cabello largo que siempre te ayuda y te explica bien, estos 2 personajes siempre me cobran de mas y la primera vez lo pase pero otra vez ya fue mucho. La primera vez el joven me cobro $110 por una maquina grande que por el ya la había programado y solo tenia que apretar el botón lo cual me molestó mucho por que, nunca me dijo y me dejo meter otra vez mi tarjeta con saldo y se fue ahi todo y hoy la señorita chaparra me cobro $150 por lavado y secado, siendo que lavado es $75 y secado $50 como siempre me cobra la otra señorita ella solo te cobra lo que quiere o si le pides una maquina grande te cobra $100 y la maquina cuesta $75 . Investige y ellos 2 siempre hacen lo mismo. Es una pena que en un lugar tan agradable trabajen personas que abusan de la clientela que aprecia el lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le hace falta más empatía a la chica que trabaja ahí , no pesan las bolsas para ver cuántos kilos metes a la lavadora ,le hace falta una limpieza a la parte donde le pones el jabón ,las secadoras no secan al 100 la ropa
Tienen bastantes detalles por pulir .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lava rapidísimo y barato pero la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, son groseros, no explican como usar las lavadoras a los que van por primera vez.

Contras: Les urge aceptar pagos con tarjetas de débito o TDC. Hay ciertos días que reciben uniformes muy sucios de obreros, no digo que eso esté mal, solo que los trabajadores no siempre tienen el cuidado de limpiar el polvo que esas prendas dejan en los carros para mover la ropa.
Pro: Cost and speed / Very practical
Cons: They are urgent to accept payments with debit cards or TDC. There are certain days that they receive very dirty workers' uniforms, I am not saying that this is wrong, only that the workers are not always careful to clean the dust that these garments leave on the cars to move the clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio fue una buena experiencia, ahora es un servicio pésimo, los trabajadores reciben muchos encargos de empresa y ocupan la mayoría de las máquinas y dejan para los usuarios solo las que funcionan mal, no retiran la pelusa de la secadoras y se detienen frecuentemente, nunca hay artículos para canjear los puntos por recarga! En fin deberían supervisar este establecimiento con frecuencia para mejorar o van a perder la clientela!
