★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya van 2 veces que a la hora de pagar "no tienen" cambio,me lo dan ya cuando acabe de lavar;lamentablemente la primera vez no fui por mi cambio porque lo olvidé asi que no culpe al personal pero ahora nuevamente me hicieron lo mismo hasta parece intencional que cuando pague no tengan cambio si no hasta que me voy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy bien,buena atención, lo que me molesta es la gente que abusa al llegar si ven lavadoras vacías primero meten la ropa y luego van a pagar, hay personas que están primero esperando con tiempo, primero que vayan a preguntar si hay fila para su uso, no abusen.

Lo unico que no me agrada es que cada que voy la gente no respeta que no se tienen que lavar tenis y aun que hay avisos la gente hace caso omiso.
Me gustaria que checaran ese problema.

Una de las encargadas estuvo argumentando que la máquina para recargar las tarjetas no leía el chip y me cobró díez pesos de más que luego me los reponían en la siguiente visita, posteriormente pregunté y nadie sabía de esa falla ,al contrario ellas me decían que ese dinero fue por qué yo no lleve la tarjeta!! conclusión, la chica te cobra ese dínero y además te hace quedar como culpable , ella se queda con ese dinero ! ?? Que no los agarren en curva como a mi ??♀️
