★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El piso estaba muy sucio las lavadoras tenían jabón acumulado, me cambiaron la tarjeta hace un tiempo y aun no me regresan mis puntos y aparte me cobraron la "reposición" cuando fueron ellos quienes me la cambiaron la atención al cliente no es la mejor, pero bien uno va por el servicio de lavado es bueno cuando las lavadoras están limpias
The floor was very dirty, the washing machines had accumulated soap, they changed my card a while ago and they still haven't returned my points and they also charged me for the "replacement" when they were the ones who changed it for me, customer service is not the best, but well one goes for the laundry service it's good when the washers are clean

Es un detalle que los administradores deberían Checar por que dan el servicio incompleto o avisar de que solo manejan agua fría para saber si uno quiere el servicio. Asu favor cuentan con Wifi
