Terrible work and service they did not leave me well my clothes were dirty and without ironing they only charge but they do not do the work and they are not responsible you only lose your money totally unpleasant and deplorable the place not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bien si te urge mucho lavar, hay otros Aquamatic mejores, las secadoras no sirven de mucho, aún que utilices un ciclo de 39 min llega a salir ropa húmeda (usando la capacidad correcta de la secadora)
It's fine if you need to wash a lot, there are other better Aquamatics, the dryers are not very useful, even if you use a 39 min cycle, wet clothes come out (using the correct capacity of the dryer)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cinco diferentes ocasiones me he topado con la misma experiencia: las secadoras NO funcionan. La mayoría de la ropa queda húmeda, el personal está al tanto de que solo unas cuantas secadoras medio funcionan (porque siguen dejando la ropa húmeda), no te avisan y dejan que inicies ciclo en otra secadora que no funciona.
Lo único rescatable, es q si reclamas, te dan la opción de cambiar tu ropa a otra secadora (de las q medio funciona), y no te cobran ese ciclo. De todos modos la ropa quedará ligeramente húmeda.
On five different occasions I have run into the same experience: the dryers DO NOT work. Most of the clothes are damp, the staff is aware that only a few dryers are half working (because they keep leaving the clothes damp), they don't warn you and let you start the cycle in another dryer that doesn't work.
The only salvageable thing is that if you complain, they give you the option to change your clothes to another dryer (one of those that half works), and they don't charge you for that cycle. In any case, the clothes will be slightly damp.
