★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, las personas que atiendes super mal educadas y cero empaticas con el cliente, se supone que contrato el servicio por falta de tiempo de hacerlo en casa y me sacaron de la lavandería porque llevaba a mi hijo, super fuera de lugar los motivos si es obvio que si traigo a mi hijo es porque no lo puedo dejar solo.
Terrible service, the people you serve are super rude and zero empathy with the client, I am supposed to contract the service due to lack of time to do it at home and they took me out of the laundry because I had my son, super out of place the reasons yes It is obvious that if I bring my son it is because I cannot leave him alone.

El detalle que no me gustó es que al momento de secar casi te obligan a pagar dos ciclos de secado, ciertamente pueden ser útiles, pero entre cada uno sería mejor acomodar nuevamente tus prendas porque se hacen bolas y por mucho tiempo que les pongas no secan completamente. O no lo saben o tratan ahorrarse unos minutos para que salgas rápido.
The staff is friendly, attentive and takes time for you if you need it. The detail that I did not like is that when drying they almost force you to pay two drying cycles, they can certainly be useful, but between each one it would be better to rearrange your clothes because they become balls and for a long time that you put them they do not dry completely. Either they don't know or they try to save a few minutes so you can get out quickly.
