Y no se hacen responsables, ponen a la empleada a decir tonterías como que es culpa de los pantalones de mezclilla no es excusa para secadoras industriales acaso no has ido a otras lavanderías y hasta los edredones salen secos?? Están acostumbrados q la gente de Iztapalapa no se queja.. tengan cuidado porque no responden también me ha pasado que se les acaba mucho el agua y hay que dejan tu ropa atrapada en la lavadora hasta que llegue la pipa que tarda horas No volveré más a este lugar.. Gaste básicamente 300 pesos para nada me lleve la ropa mojada cuidado!!.

Hay que ir temprano si no quieren batallar con el tráfico y el esperar que desocupen equipos porque vaya que si tienen clientela. El precio esta bien pero en el secado los intervalos deberían de ser 20 minutos porque me parece que son de 15 o 16 minutos, entonces tienes que programar 2 porque con un tiempo no se seca la ropa y aún que le pongas 2, a veces quedan algunas prendas un poquito humedas como la mezclilla. Entonces si fueran 2 tiempos de 20 minutos creo que quedaría mejor. Tienen terminal, eso me encanto y wifi. Lo único que no me gusto es que tienen la música a un volumen alto y eso de repente aturde, por lo demás el servicio es muy bueno. ?
