★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las lavanderías AquaMatic son geniales, cuentan con muchas lavadoras y sus instalaciones están muy bien.
Pero está sucursal en especial no tiene buena atención por parte de su personal y está muy sucio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy buen lugar para lavar tu ropa solo que el piso si esta muy sucio. Y en ocaciones se equivocan al cobrar y cuando pones a secar solo le das play y no pasas tu tarjeta y tus puntos no se ven reflejados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atención en particular el jueves x la tarde una gordita de cola en el cabello muy grosera le comenté q no se secaba mi ropa en la secadora y me dijo q era mucha siempre pongo la misma cantidad, y de mala gana me la saco de la secadora y solo metió 4 pieza q solo así y dije como crees si por eso indica cierta cantidad de ropa.
Y así siguio el ciclo de secado sin secar .
Tuve q volver a pagar 2 ciclos mas.
A ellas les vale solo les interesa cobrar sin importarle si el cliente está satisfecho o no
Lo q procedía era reponer los secados como en alguna ocasión anterios otra chica lo hizo ya q sucedió lo mismo .
Pero en fin
Elias dicen q no les dan mantenimiento al equipo .
Ojo ubiques q lavadoras y secadoras realmente sirven y no pierdan su tiempo y dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, la mayoría de las lavadoras funcionan bien y me gusta como deja la ropa, pero pongo 1 estrella por el pésimo servicio. Las señoritas se la pasan platicando, no atienden, cuando tienen que activar la lavadora desde el mostrar dicen "en un momento, en un momento, en un momento" y solo se la pasan platique y platique. Te ponen caras, hasta se enojan cuando pides ayuda o te atienden.
Nunca tienen cambio y se tardan mucho en atender. Pésimo servicio, tiene mucho tiempo que voy ahí pero las señoritas que están ahorita realmente dejan mucho que desear, no tengo otra lavandería cerca sino dejaba de ir.
Excellent place, most of the washing machines work well and I like how it leaves the clothes, but I put 1 star for the lousy service. The ladies spend their time talking, they don't answer, when they have to activate the washing machine from the show they say "in a moment, in a moment, in a moment" and they just talk and talk. They make faces at you, they even get angry when you ask for help or they attend to you.
They never have change and they take a long time to answer. Terrible service, I've been going there for a long time but the ladies who are there right now really leave a lot to be desired, I don't have another laundromat nearby if I didn't stop going.
