Hablé con la de recepción y el profesor encargado y dueño del lugar y ambos decían que lo iban a ver con el de mantenimiento pero siempre estaba igual el agua. Es una lástima que no pongan atención en ese sentido, ya que los pequeños no pueden poner atención a las indicaciones y ni disfrutan de la clase por lo mismo que les da frío e incluso hay algunos que lloran por las temperatura del agua Unfortunately the water is cold, I enrolled my child there but the truth was that the whole class was shaking, just like the other children, and even the same teacher who gave the class could tell that he was also cold. I spoke with the receptionist and the teacher in charge and owner of the place and they both said that they were going to see it with the maintenance man but the water was always the same. Terrible attention, when you arrive to ask for information they don't even answer the greeting, they give incomplete information and if you ask questions they answer badly and the bathrooms look dirty.
