Compré una tortuga, costo casi 400 pesos más alimento y la pobrecita estaba enferma, tenía una ojito cerrado, se lo comenté ese mismo día que la compré y me dijo que no había problema que ya estaba curada. 3 días después murió la tortuga y cuando hablé para reclamar me dijo que no era su problema, que él lo sabía que le había dado yo de comer.
Tengan cuidado con ese lugar. Venden animales enfermos.
Terrible service and attention. I bought a turtle, it cost almost 400 pesos more food and the poor thing was sick, she had a closed eye, I told her that same day that I bought it and she told me that there was no problem that it was already cured. 3 days later the turtle died and when I spoke to complain, he told me that it was not his problem, that he knew that I had fed him.
Be careful with that place. They sell sick animals.
