Very impressive...love the dolphin show and the water slides...they have really good food at a good price

I visit this place and it was great, specially the food I really recommend El Marino restaurant inside the water park, they have great food options plus they treat you really nicely.

My wife and our children want it to enjoy a two days at your park leon Mexico. First era visit September 2020 it was good last week we decided that we are going to spend the weekend in your park our experience this time was a fiasco from the beginning it was bad for the same price as a normal room we stayed in one of its rooms inside from the same park they told us it does not have A / C PHONE WIFI and we agree our surprise was when we got to the room we entered after 5 minutes they ate Samos to find that the room was not completely clean the toilet handle stocked and it had a bad smell the television never worked water hot there was no my wife had to wait more than an hour to be able to take a shower and to top it off the charge of 60.00 for each towel to use in the pool never experience in my time in hotels 35 years I spoke with who claimed to be the general manager Edgar I think it is his name never in my years as executive housekeeper no one in their resort waterpark showed any kind of professionalism or that they cared what happened to their guests thickening by their manager two people deserve our respect Shelter who helped us with our luggage and his front desk person gentleman working Sunday morning very nice our name Delcid Haro family / cesar Fabiola sons leonen and mateo thankyou

It's safe , clean and it had more than one pool , it had water slide and more than one toboggan , free shows and the personal announce it before started . They sale food or you can get or cook your own food they have parrillas inside with sades very nice ! It a good place to go or stay because it's a hotel too!

Honestly not worth coming here water is always cold and dirty, the attractions they are only on for 1 hour. Like the wave pool, and others, also there is almost no personal watching the big attractions, the pools and the attractions seem old already. They have a mini zoo. Which I thought was amazing but when I saw the alligators in a small room with barely no space I decided never to come back

The water was not very clean, the restrooms were horrible, really dirty and clogged, fecal matter floating and unable to flush them. Looks like they forgot we are in the middle of a pandemic crisis. The seal show was cool.

Came here for a family day out on holiday. It isn't looked after, neither are the animals in the park, saw one turtle on its back, dead with the others sitting next to it. Not something the kids wanted to see. The slides are dangerous. You will leave with cuts and bruises if you down any of the adult slides.

We went on a week day not a lot of ppl but a good crowd, food and drinks were great! We only used the slides the wave pool and the other pool next to the wave one and we had a great time! The lazy river was closed and the castle too. It was a hot day so the water for us was great!
