We completed the pool session (2 hours long) and cancelled the rest at the suggestion of the owner. Out of the 6,000 pesos he only offered 1,000 for a refund. When I asked why he said "cost of materials". The "materials" was the PADI log book which is a tiny paperback pamphlet with 80 pages total. So that cost him $300 apparently...nice, right? Take your business to someone who isn't a con artist.

They were attentive to detail without being condescending. I had a really fun time as it was more exotic than the local lakes I have back home. A tremendous value that I would suggest anyone in the area check out if they are interested in diving!

Aside from the near perfect conditions diving in Santiago bay, Terry was an exceptional dive leader for my wife and I, taking us out to dive the San Luciano (wreck at max 23' depth for an hour!), and then across the bay to Club de Yates for an exceptional 71 minutes. He pointed out the various sea life (turtle, sea horse, zebra moray eel, cornet fish, peacock razorfish, tiger snake eel, manta ray, a spotted eagle ray, and more) and also acted as a local tour guide of sorts, telling stories about the community as we went along our day. Whether you are a seasoned diver or just getting your water wings, I highly recommend diving with Terry at Aquatic Sports and Adventures. He is kind, patient, helpful, funny, and above all, an exceptional diver.

My wife got her scuba certification with him a few weeks ago and I just got my re-certification. I booked more dives immediately after our experiences. He is so easy to work with, accommodating, very professional, and clearly knows his stuff. I have taken dive trips from shops all over the world and Aquatic Sports is top notch. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to get their certification or do some diving in Manzanillo.

We were completing the open water portion of our PADI certification. The dive location was conducive to learning and incredibly beautiful. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone. Terry and Nathan are from Wisconsin and Carlos is a native Spanish speaker. Whatever your request, this team will do their best to make it happen!
