No es la primera vez que me hacen esperar. They insist a lot on punctuality and when I arrived, they kept me waiting for almost 40 minutes. The young lady was not even to stay at the reception. This is not the first time they have kept me waiting.

Y si llamas para hacer una reservacion se atreven a decirte qie si llegas 5 minutos tarde ya no te atienden! Ojalá lean esto los dueños por que empleadas así llevarán a la.quiebra su negocio! The one who answers the phone, terrible service, rude impolite, and what to say about the podiatrists if they are lazy they tell you that they don't have time when they still have 45 minutes to close! And if you call to make a reservation they dare to tell you that if you are 5 minutes late they will no longer attend you! Hopefully the owners read this because employees like this will bankrupt their business!

Lo que es muy molesto es la actitud altanera de su recepcionista y sus políticas absurdas y poco congruentes, al parecer es más fácil ir sin cita que con cita ya que por unos minutos dejan de ofrecer una solución. I've been a customer for almost 2 years, and the service as such is good. What is very annoying is the haughty attitude of your receptionist and their absurd and inconsistent policies, apparently it is easier to go without an appointment than by appointment since for a few minutes they stop offering a solution.
