Very bad attention at reception and when making appointments but doctors are very professional. I would give them a better rating if they improve their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo nunca contestan el teléfono, aparte te dan cita cuando ellos quieren y no la fecha que realmente puedes y por si fuera poco nunca te respetan la hora que eliges para ir a tu cita
Terrible they never answer the phone, apart they give you an appointment when they want and not the date that you really can and as if that were not enough they never respect the time you choose to go to your appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad qué lugar tan malo para rehabilitación física. No sólo porque no hay ningún proceso o protocolo instalado para gestionar correctamente el expediente de los pacientes. Sino también porque el personal administrativo es altamente incompetente y ni saben llenar correctamente un informe médico.
Durante las 10 sesiones de rehabilitación me tocaron no menos de 7 terapeutas distintos, ninguno informado de mi padecimiento ni de lo que se había hecho con el anterior.
No recomiendo a este centro médico a nadie. Se ve que viven de los pagos del ISSSTE LEÓN y sin esto no creo que tuvieran clientela.
The truth is what a bad place for physical rehabilitation. Not only because there is no process or protocol installed to correctly manage the patient file. But also because the administrative staff is highly incompetent and they do not know how to fill out a medical report correctly.
During the 10 rehabilitation sessions I was touched by no less than 7 different therapists, none informed of my condition or what had been done with the previous one.
I do not recommend this medical center to anyone. It is seen that they live on the payments of ISSSTE LEÓN and without this I do not think they had clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es Un Negocio privado. Sala de espera demasiado pequeña los dif municipales o el miss tienen más espacio. Si se ven con mucha gente te piden k se salgan .
It is a private business. Waiting room too small the municipal diff or the miss have more space. If they meet a lot of people they ask you to get out.
