Me tardaron 45min . para atenderme . cuando pude observar que había al fondo del establecimiento empleados platicando . Lastima que no estaba el dueño o encargado para en ese momento poner mi queja . Esto demerita muchooo el deseo de regresar a comprar . ojalá tomen medidas al respecto.
It is a large assortment hardware store. unfortunately its staff is not very attentive and not at all helpful to the public. It took me 45min. to serve me. when I observed that there were employees at the back of the establishment talking. Too bad that the owner or manager was not there to make my complaint at that time. This greatly detracts from the desire to return to buy. I hope they take action on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a very good selection, but you have to put your goods on the counter and get an invoice and the take the invoice to another counter to pay. After that go back the the first counter to get your goods after that counter verifies your paid invoice. So you really have to spend more time there than what is necessary. A lot of standing around waiting to get back out.
