★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El concepto está bien pero desgraciadamente ara ya dejo caer la zona está muy sucio no podan no barren mientras estan vendiendo los depas cuidan pero al terminar abandonan todo y sobre todo los promotores no hablan nada de las cuotas de mantenimiento con tal de vender o sea que engañan a la gente deliberadamente.ara debe cuotas de mantenimiento de sus depas que en algunos casos llegan a 60 mil pesos hay que informarse muy bien antes de comprar ahi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los depás están bien, pero una vez que haces la compra no le dan continuidad a la limpieza, entran carros de carga, hay baches y no hay vigilancia, te asaltan a cada momento, los que salen a trabajar temprano deben de tener precaución les quiten su teléfonos o bolsas, pues como hay entrada por Lomas 4 entran los de las motos y te asaltan fácilmente y como no hay policía ni nada, nadie te apoya. Ya van 4 veces me asaltan. Y nadie apoya .
