M	Mercedes Cabrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, NO LO RECOMIENDO! Al igual que algunas de las opiniones que leí por aquí, tristemente después de haber realizado la compra. La atención por parte del vendedor que me atendió no fue ni buena ni mala a la hora de la venta lo sentí muy neutral, sin embargo, si me pude dar cuenta que no esta lo suficientemente capacitado como para asesorar o para vender un producto, ya que compre por la necesidad de adquirir un mueble. Al cumplirse la fecha de entrega, como varios lo comentan, no te dan el seguimiento, tienen una "fecha promesa" de entrega la cual no respetan en lo absoluto, pides hablar con un Gerente y no hay nadie que te pueda atender, pides hablar con alguien de logística porque alegan que no es su problema si no de producción pero tampoco hay un teléfono a donde puedas marcar, a pesar de que no entregaron en la fecha que pusieron en el contrato, se comprometieron a otra fecha y tampoco la entregaron. No volvería a comprar ahí ni les recomiendo que lo hagan porque no son honestos con sus fechas y no te dan una solución concisa. REITERO, el seguimiento no se dio por parte de la mueblería, el seguimiento lo di yo y fue ahí donde empezó el tema de que no entregarían en el tiempo prometido, les mencione sobre el compromiso que tenia y el horario en el que podía recibirla, sin embargo, no se preocupan por cumplir después de que lograron una venta, las escusas pueden ser infinitas, NO entregaron en la fecha promesa, NISIQUIERA se disculparon por la demora, o hablaron para decir que por las inclenecias del tiempo se iban a demorar en la entrega, aunque eso no es verdad, ya que yo hable antes y desde antes de saber que ibamos a estar a temperaturas inferiores a los 0°C o o iban a trabajar, entonces son meras escusas. NO llegó en la fecha pactada y no te hablan para decir se va a demorar 3 días más, al contrario, se ofenden porque les estas hablando, para preguntar sobre las novedades de la entrega. HORRIBLE SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Like some of the reviews I read around here sadly after I made the purchase. I would not buy there again nor do I recommend that they do so because they are not honest with their dates and do not give you a concise solution. I REITERATE, the follow-up was not given by the furniture store, the follow-up was given by me and that was where the issue began that they would not deliver in the promised time, I mentioned the commitment I had and the time in which I could receive it, However, they do not worry about complying after they made a sale, the excuses can be endless, they DID NOT deliver on the promise date, NISIQUIERA apologized for the delay, or spoke to say that due to inclement weather they were going to delay in delivery, although that is not true, since I spoke before and before knowing that we were going to be at temperatures below 0 ° C or were going to work, then they are mere excuses. It did NOT arrive on the agreed date and they do not talk to you to say it will take 3 more days, on the contrary, they are offended because you are talking to them, to ask about the news of the delivery.

Te piden liquides tu mercancía para poder agendar la entrega y NO CUMPLEN CON LA FECHA. Se tratan de justificar diciendo que "BODEGA" esta saturado, pero ellos mismos fueron los que dieron la fecha. No contestan amablemente, y no aceptan su error. NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Terrible service! Sellers are "nice" at the beginning in order to sell, but do not follow up on their sale.
