Me explicaron claramente lo que tenía mal el equipo y lo que tenían que hacer para repararla antes de hacerlo. Todavía tengo que probarla unos días para ver qué tal funciona pero hasta ahora todo bien.
El precio me parece justo por lo que ofrecen.
Me dijeron que las partes que cambiaron tienen garantía de fábrica, lo malo que no me quisieron dar nota no sé si vaya a poder reclamar si algo está defectuoso. Espero no sea necesario.
Good service. They had the computer ready relatively quickly and the attention very good.
They clearly explained to me what was wrong with the equipment and what they had to do to repair it before doing it. I still have to test it for a few days to see how it works but so far so good.
The price seems fair to me for what they offer.
They told me that the parts they changed have a factory warranty, the bad thing that they didn't want to give me a note, I don't know if I'm going to be able to claim if something is defective. I hope it is not necessary.
