Me atendió un mujer mayor como de 70 años, de pelo cano pero teñido de rubio, súper grosera, prepotente, me gritó delante de otras 2 empleadas, como de 18 o 20 años. Claro que ninguna de las otras empleadas dijo nada, solo bajaron la cabeza. De lo peor esta mujer. Y todo porque fui a cambiar unos zapatos planos que me lastimaba horrible pues eran de vil plástico y costuras súper duras. Buscaré asesoría en Profeco.
The worst experience of my life. I was attended by an older woman of 70 years, with gray hair but dyed blond, super rude, arrogant, she shouted at me in front of 2 other employees, like 18 or 20 years old. Of course, none of the other employees said anything, they just lowered their heads. Of the worst this woman. And all because I went to change flat shoes that hurt me horrible because they were vile plastic and super hard seams. I will seek advice in Profeco.
