★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato no es el adecuado, además deberían tratar de atender más rápido a las personas que hacen pedidos en linea ya que solo van a recoger y los hacen formarse con las personas que apenas lo van a comprar, si es recolección deberían ser más eficientes y evitar que las personas que compran en línea pierdan más de 30 min. en la fila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del personal, el dia de ayer 18/05/21 entre las 6 y 6:30 pm acudí a esta pastelería para comprar un pastel toda vez que me la recomendaron en lugar de la pastelería Montparnasse, al llegar al lugar no tenían variedad de pasteles! solamente tenían 2 y por cuestión de tiempos no tanto por gusto me decidí por comprar uno, al momento de pagar la Srita que me atendió (de mal modo) me dijo que no me iba a vender por que no tenia cambio, como es eso posible? Encima de que el pastel esta algo caro a comparación de Montparnasse la actitud de la Srita y la escases de pasteles deja mucho que desear. No la recomiendo en absoluto!
Terrible attention from the staff, yesterday 05/18/21 between 6 and 6:30 pm I went to this pastry shop to buy a cake since they recommended it to me instead of the Montparnasse pastry shop, when I arrived at the place I did not They had variety of cakes! They only had 2 and as a matter of time not so much for pleasure I decided to buy one, at the time of paying the lady who attended me (in a bad way) told me that she was not going to sell me because she had no change, how is that possible ? On top of that the cake is somewhat expensive compared to Montparnasse, the attitude of the Miss and the shortage of cakes leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend it at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 20 de abril 2022, compré un pastel de 3 leches ya pasadas las 6 de la tarde y a las 8 q lo partimos estaba echado a perder, al día siguiente fui a hacer mi reclamación y salen con sus estupideces tengo q hacer mi reclamo q tardarán días en darme respuesta, nefastos no garantizan su producto, todo chafa además de muy caros, son i competentes no compren en esa cadena
