★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan llamadas. Fui personalmente a la tienda y estaba cerrada. En Google indica que está abierto hasta las 18:00 sin embargo afuera del negocio indica que de 14:30 a 16:00 está cerrado. Todavía me quede hasta las 16:20 y no se abrió ni contestaron el teléfono.
No answer calls. I personally went to the store and was closed. In Google indicates that it is open until 18:00 however outside the business indicates that from 14:30 to 16:00 is closed. I stay still until 16:20 and not opened or answered the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en Claro Shop te dicen que Aratsa POP como proveedor se hará cargo de la garantía del producto y es falso.
Cuando llamas a Aratsa POP te indican que es directamente con el fabricante y si solicitas el número o dirección se desentienden completamente, ni siquiera en eso te ayudan para poder hacer válida la garantía.
Muy mala experiencia de compra en línea, definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
Bad service, Claro Shop tell you that Aratsa POP as supplier will take over the product warranty and is false.
When you call Aratsa POP they tell you that it is directly with the manufacturer and if you ask for the number or address they completely disregard it, even in that they help you to be able to make the guarantee valid.
Very bad online shopping experience, I definitely do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 4 estrellas porque ise un pedido por medio de Claro-Shop, y en las especificaciones de una vaporera que compré, decía que es la # 30 con capacidad de 30 litros cosa que no es cierto, ya que la que me llegó es #30 con capacidad de 19.5 litros..
Por lo demás esta bien, se entrego mucho antes de la fecha estimada, el material es de buena calidad, igual me quedaré con ella pero estaría bien actualizar la información para nuevos compradores...

I bought a rotisserie and it is horrible, there are not even the covers and they did not validate the guarantee, the box arrived all kicked and almost disappearing, do not buy here, better buy something from a recognized brand
