★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy residente de dicho fraccionamiento y la verdad quedé decepcionado con el servicio de acre las casas muy mal construidas acre no responde rápido para sus garantías, su personal de seguridad roba nada recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas en excelente ubicación, pero muy mala atención por parte de Acre en problemas que surgen en el fraccionamiento [en general(falla de luz/luminarias,plagas,robos,etc) e individualmente (grietas, ductos tapados,etc)], no llevan un control ? si alguien se acerca para que les resuelvan algo, se pasan de uno a otro el problemita... Ojalá pronto mejoren y cambio entonces mi calificación y comentario?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito, pero hay muchos detalles en la construcción y parece que esperan que se cumpla el año de garantía para poder terminar de solucionarlo Tenia:
Tubería de CFE tapada, pasaron 10 días para que la destaparan.
Tenían una mega fuga de agua por tuberías en el baño sin tapar en el interior de la pared (se inundo la casa)
Se filtro el agua por el techo con las lluvias, se inundo una recamara y se descompuso un ventilador, tuve que mandar a impermeabilizar de nuevo porque tardaron mucho en venir a revisar.
Cundo vinieron dejaron las paredes parchadas y sin pintar.
Hay robos en las casas recién entregadas por que no tienen control sobre el personal que ahí trabaja.
El encargado de la obra es un déspota...
Si compran aquí revisen todo muy bien y sobre todo pongan otra cerradura en las puertas.

If you buy here, check everything very well and especially put another lock on the doors.
